Yes. ArcheFlow is designed with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind. Customer data collected through your bot — including names, email addresses, and phone numbers — is handled and stored in accordance with PDPA obligations. You remain the data controller; we act as the data intermediary. You can export or delete customer data at any time from your dashboard.

This means our AI agents are designed to be transparent about their automated nature, operate within defined boundaries, support human oversight and escalation, and avoid generating outputs that could mislead or harm users.
