Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens after the free trial?+

You’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don’t upgrade, your bot pauses — your data and settings are kept for 30 days.

Do I need a developer to set this up?+

No. ArcheFlow is designed to be self-service. Connect your channel, upload your FAQ, and your bot is live — no code required.

What channels are supported?+

Web widget, Telegram, WhatsApp (via Twilio), SMS (via Twilio), and Email. You can connect channels from your dashboard after signup.

Are WhatsApp and SMS fees included in my plan?+

No. WhatsApp and SMS are delivered through Twilio, a third-party carrier service. Twilio charges separately based on message volume and destination. These charges are billed directly by Twilio and are not included in ArcheFlow plan fees. You control your Twilio account and can set spending limits at any time.

Is ArcheFlow compliant with Singapore’s PDPA?+

Yes. ArcheFlow is designed with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind. Customer data collected through your bot — including names, email addresses, and phone numbers — is handled and stored in accordance with PDPA obligations. You remain the data controller; we act as the data intermediary. You can export or delete customer data at any time from your dashboard.

How does ArcheFlow align to IMDA’s Model AI Governance Framework?+

Our AI practices are aligned to the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)'s Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI. This means our AI agents are designed to be transparent about their automated nature, operate within defined boundaries, support human oversight and escalation, and avoid generating outputs that could mislead or harm users. All chatbots deployed on ArcheFlow include an identity disclosure so customers know they are interacting with an AI.

Where is my data stored?+

Your knowledge base, conversation logs, and lead data are stored securely with row-level access controls. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For enterprise customers with specific data residency requirements, please speak to us about custom hosting arrangements.
